Service update

OUR NETWORK STATUS – SEPTEMBER 3rd 2020

We are pleased to inform you that Nationex has taken over the service previously provided by our partner McAllister in Southern Ontario.

This supplier is no longer able to provide the service according to our expectations so Nationex has taken the decision to expand its service in the following regions. This will allow us a better control necessary to ensure faster follow-up.

Please note that adjustments will be required in the coming days.

OUR NETWORK STATUS – APRIL 16th 2020

We are very happy to announce that our operations are returning to normal and that they will be open every day of the week, Monday to Friday!

In addition, please take note of our customer service schedule:

Monday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

OUR NETWORK STATUS – APRIL 1st 2020

We are open in all regions except Fridays, where we will be closed for the next 2 Fridays, April 3rd and Good Friday, April 10th.

However, some regions are impacted in terms of service in more than 24 hours.

Here are the affected areas:

Baie-Comeau: Service Tuesday and Thursday only. Delays are to be expected.
Blainville: Delays are to be expected.
Chicoutimi: Service in 24-40 hours. Delays are to be expected.
Mont-Laurier: Delays are to be expected.
Quebec: Service in 24-48 hours. Delays are to be expected.
Rimouski: Service in 24-72 hours. Delays are to be expected.
Rivière-du-Loup: Service in 24-48 hours. Delays are to be expected.
Toronto: Delays are to be expected.
Val-d’Or: No service on Mondays and Fridays. Delays are to be expected.
