UPDATE – APRIL 16th 2020.

We are very happy to announce that our operations are returning to normal and that they will be open every day of the week, Monday to Friday!

In addition, please take note of our customer service schedule:

  • Monday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Our network status

  • We are open in all regions Monday to Friday from April 13th, 2020.
  • However, some regions are impacted in therms of service in more than 24 hours. Click here for more details.
  • Being an essential service, rest assured that we can go through the various checkpoints in the containment regions.

Payment terms

  • We remind you that payment are now due in a maximum of 10 days upon receipt of the invoice.
  • To help you, here are the required dates:
  • Invoice March 27th – Payment April 10th.
  • Invoice April 3rd – Payment April 17th.
  • Invoice April 10th – Payment April 24th.
  • Invoice April 17th – Payment May 1st.

Home deliveries

  • Our network is fully available for you to make home deliveries. To notify us of our needs, please contact us via quotes@nationex.com.

As you know, COVID-19 continues to spread to many places on the planet.

Due to new measures announced Monday, we changed our operations.

Here is an update of the situation as of today, March 24rd 2020:

Our network status

  • We are open in all regions with the exception of Friday March 27th, April 3rd and Good Friday April 10th, where we will be closed.
  • We continue to offer secure and contactless deliveries.

New guidelines

  • Social distancing is now at 2 meters.
  • COD: suspension of payment on delivery collections.
  • Closure of customer counters in our depots located in Saint-Hubert, Quebec and Toronto. No pick-up in person will be allowed.

Payment terms

  • We now require payment periods of maximum 10 days upon receipt of the invoice.

Home deliveries

  • We provide you with our delivery network to make home deliveries.To notify us of our needs, please contact us via quotes@nationex.com.

  • Nationex would like to thank and highlight the exemplary work of all our drivers during this period of uncertainty.

Nationex continues to analyse other measures that could be implemented gradually, depending on the evolution of the situation and implication from Public Health Agency of Canada as well as provincial authorities.

UPDATE – MARCH 16th 2020 

100% service.

  • We guarantee a high level of service. All pickups and deliveries are currently being made as usual. No delay is expected.
  • All of our customers service agents are available to receive your questions, follow-ups, comments and concerns at 1-866-9997737 Option 1.

Delivery without signatures.

  • It is now prohibited for our drivers to have consignees or customers sign. However, it is mandatory for them to enter the name of the person receiving or giving the parcels.

Frequency of disinfection activities.

  • All our delivery drivers are required to sterilize their delivery tools regularly and have gloves, bottles of disinfectant and cleaning wipes in their possession to ensure everyone’s safety.

COVID-19 Decision Committee.

  • A committee meets daily to deal with the situation.

Communication.

  • You will receive frequent newsletters to update you on the situation.
  • A survey may be sent t you to analyze your delivery needs.
  • Frequent updates on the home page of our Website: https://www.nationex.com/.
  • If you aren’t already subscribed to our social networks, frequent updates will be posted. Don’t hesitate to subscribe to our Facebook and Linkedin.
  • Changes on the telephone greeting message according to the evolution of the situation.
